What are MP3 files?
MP3 files are digital audio files that can be played on your computer or on an mp3 player, such as an Apple iPod or Creative Zen.

What are the advantages of MP3 files?
These files can be instantly downloaded from the internet. You can recieve and begin listening to your purchase immediately. You don’t have to wait for CDs to be delivered (or pay for shipping!)

Aren’t MP3 files illegal?
No. “MP3” defines a format for an audio file. If you have legally purchased an MP3 product, then you have a legal right to play that audio file for your personal use. Note that it IS illegal to give a copy of an MP3 file that you have purchased to someone else. That deprives the producer of income and the resources to produce and deliver new products. It can also cause severe legal penalties running into the thousands of dollars.

Why did I receive a file with a .zip ending instead of .mp3 ?
We use the ZIP file format to allow you to download all of the files for 1 product at once. It also reduces the download time.

What is a ZIP file?
The ZIP file format is a popular data compression and archival format. A ZIP file contains one or more files that have been compressed, to reduce their file size, or stored as-is. To extract the individual files, you may need a program. If you don’t have one, we recommend the free 7-Zip software.

What is a file that ends with .pdf ?
The Portable Document Format (PDF) is the file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange. It contains a document with all of the illustrations, fonts, etc. the same as the original. It can be read with the free Adobe Reader.
