<description>I recently lost my son in an accident. He was 26 years old. I believe that after I heard the news a feeling of energy passed through my body.
I accept that it was his energy protecting me from years of sadness.

Soon after I found myself in a second hand shop. There I bought Ed Foreman&#039;s tape &quot; How to Have a Good Day Every Day&quot;. It has saved my life. I listen to the tape in my car on the way to work every day. It is my medicine. The tape cost me 50c Australian.

Thank you Ed for your enthusiasm and advice.
